CAAHC has an experienced management team who have worked in community housing across Australia. The team includes:

 

CEO, Sally Langton has over 30 years experience in housing, homelessness and community service provision including 15 years experience in executive management in the social housing and homelessness sector. Sally’s core strengths include leadership, community development, business management and strategy. Sally previously worked Common Ground in Adelaide, Australia’s first ‘housing first’ model community housing provider.

CFO, Not For Profit Accounting Specialists (NFPAS), act as the organisations ‘Chief Financial Officer’, and have over 13 years experience serving the not for profit sector with financial services. Key Strengths include knowledge of the NFP sector, government contracts, and tax obligations.
